Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Saints Accessories. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., receipt or order number).

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service at hellosaints@btinternet.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.

Shipping Costs:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2. Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • The refund will be processed within 5-10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Partial Refunds:

  • Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery may also be eligible for a partial refund.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3. Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at hellosaints@btinternet.com.

4. Gifts

Gift Returns:

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
